At Shipyard Smoke House, they're always striving to offer the best of the best. One of their favorites is "The Ron," a signature sandwich of smoked pulled pork slathered with Sweet Chili Sauce, a recipe developed by Ronnie (who likes to say it's made with the blood of a thousand tigers). "We've noticed people are really loving Ronnie's sauce on their wings and brats!" Charlie Stauduhar shared.
The weekends at Spirit Lake Marina & RV Park are filled with a unique atmosphere... a haze hangs over the parking lot, reminiscent of a smoky corona. As you get closer, the smell of BBQ fills the air, tickling your nose. Shipyard Smoke House, located on the Saint Louis River in Duluth’s Riverside, welcomes visitors by RV, boat, bicycle, or car.
